well done lissy back on the straight and narrow,i have just got a wii fit .god it is tough and i am a runner and weigh 12st 12 i have just done half an hour and am nearly dead ha ha. angie x

lol it's fun though isn't it! I love mine, what did you do? I try to do the Step aerobics for 30 mins (the 1 that's 5 mins a session) and I love the boxing! that really gets my heart rate going
