very apprehensive. i think if i havent put on its a miracle, i certainly dont think iv lost even half a pound.

next week my goals are:
no alcohol all week (definatly my biggest killer)
exercise! (need to do some jogging)
keep a food diary

Yeah like sm1d says Ang, don't dwell on it, theres always next week, did you get Alpen lights at Asda after?

You never know Abigail you might be surprised it has happened to me lots of times!
 
well half on, not a surprise really. too much alcohol this week. missing next weeks weigh in because im going to alton towers!! :D:D cant wait, also going for a meal for my birthday on wed but its a very posh restaurant so the portions will be tiny.
