I do the same, I have a pandora bracelet and buy myself a silver/coloured bead for every stone I lose. When I have lost 5st I will treat myself to a gold one!

I think this is a fab idea. I've just bought a bracelet off ebay as I cant afford the pandora or other ones but it's compatable with all types of charms. Think I'll buy one at every half stone, cant wait! x
