Well, had a good week and lost another 6lbs! yay!! also, managed to fit into size 16 jeans from matalan, something i havent' done in 5 years!!!

Thanks you guys!! I was absolutely over the moon at the weigh in and buying the smaller jeans, had a huge grin i couldn't get off my face!! and to think i was wearing size 22 just 5 weeks ago, its so amazing!!! and my pharmacist said i'm doing really well, and he looks forward to supporting my refeed in december!
