First weigh in this morning, and I've lost 8lbs!!!

Woohoo!

I'm so pleased, it has all been worth it - and now I feel geared up for week two.

Wish this earache and sore throat would go though. I've hardly slept

Good job it's a long weekend, I shall be snuggled up with my bf under a big duvet watching The Wire, and not doing anything else!! I'm sure I will feel better after that.

It's horrible isn't it! I've been coughing loads at night and throat feels really tickly. Earache has gone today though, thank god! That was really doing my head in. 4 day weekend starts tomorrow though! Yipeeeeee!
