I didn't really do anything that different. I just stuck to my points rigidly and tried to fill them with healthy balanced things - not many carbs, complex carbs only, lots of protein, lots of fruit n veg. I also exercised to high intensity in short bursts 4 or 5 times a week (mainly jogging/walking).
