I didn't get to the class this week as have got some nasty bug thing, been feeling horrible all week with loads of headaches sore throat and runny nose, so will update weight next week (i dont keep scales at home because i cant stay off them!)

I saw all the posts on foodfairys food diary for the different cakes, can we start a recipe thread as i need inspiration?!

Hope you feel better soon hun :hug99: and I think you're idea re a recipe thread is excellent. There are SW recipes on the SW web site but tried and tested ones would be appreciated. I tried the chocolate one that was posted ... yummy love ff x
