weigh in!

Week 3 of xenical, week 4 altogether of my diet!
This week
I have lost 4lbs!! So that's a stone in one month!! Very pleased with myself!! :)

By the way, anyone who eats the weightwatchers readymade meals, they are half price in morrissons at the moment (£1.18p) :)

Got my firstly weigh with my doctor tommorrow, hopefully she will give me another months prescription of xenical, fingers crossed! xx

Sorry people have been meaning to update this since fri!
Had my doctors weigh in on fri, the day I started xenical I was 99kg and jus under 4 week later I was 92kg! So a loss of 1 stone! :)
I'm going by my own scales which have weighed myself on today and it's a 3lb loss this week!
Doctors scales showed I weigh 14st 6lbs but going by my own I'm 14st 7lbs.
Feeling very pleased with myself and just getting more determined each week!

Yep got another prescription!! Wahoo! :)
What's even better is as soon as I walked in the doctors room she said 'i can see you've lost weight!'. Was well chuffed! :)
