Thanks hunny ill try, its a bit dissapointing when you have followed the rules and not cheated but hopefully a good weight loss is on the cards for next week xx

you have already lost some good weight i wouldnt worry to much dont let it beat you if you keep to the rules it has no option but to come off eventually ... have you drank enough water? thats just a little tip that i keep reading... as i suffer with constant water retention... :( lol xx

no i hate plain old water haha but i suppose sugar free dquash would do the same trick would it not ????

i drink flavoured water ... thats my problem water is soo boring... but it is filling... have it with ice cubes some how it tastes better ... but i cant see the problem with a bit of squash lol x
