    Well after another very bad week I lost 2 pounds!!

    I wana lose 4 this week and then ive lost 3 stone!!! YAY!!

    Well here is to a 100% week!!!

    i am so positive u can do it! look how you stuck to ur guns despite the fact u were ill! and it paid off didnt it! youll lose so much more this week i'm sure! :)

    Well done Anna, stick with it and you will see a good loss next week, Remember to keep on drinking the water, it really makes a difference with losing weight.
