Weigh in

Hi all,

Well I had my weigh in this morning, and I lost a grand total of...wait for it... 1lb, wow!! I am a little miffed to say the least!!
I'd hoped to lose a little more than that. I thought that you were meant to lose more than average in the first week? Is this normal, or am I doomed to drink milkshake and be fat forever?
 
I didnt lose ANYTHING last wk which was my 1st but its starting to come off now Ive reached day10
 
I used to do SW and lost weight a week later - does that make sense? I mean, if I was really good this week I might stay the same but then eat like a pig the next week and lose weight, although I'd obviously put on the third week. Don't worry Rachel, we're all different!
