aww dee that sucks, but at least you havent gained. i pout on 6lbs last week :eek: after my massive binge but just got back on the wagon.

have you thought about drinking more water? maybe that'll help?!

or are you moving onto the slimfast shakes and its just your body adjusting?!

I only started the SF shakes this morning..so its not that. Apart from Sat I have had at least 4litres of water a day...I'm still going to keep going even though I'm very disappointed but if no loss next week I don't know if I will be able to continue:( I haven't been having my snacks as I'm run off my feet the last week hardly have time to stop for my shake...don't know if that matters ?

it could be your metablolism slowing down as its getting a bit confused, i know its hard finding time but try and snack...even if its just half an apple!

Dee I know its disheartening when you dont lose weight but dont give up. On any diet there are times you sts or put on but thats just part of the over all journey (as much as it sucks!) Keep the long term goal in mind and keep going. I'm sure you will see a better result next week BUT if you dont, dont let that be a reason to give up, just think where you will be this time next month if you allowed yourself to give up next week and where you would be if you stuck with it and continued?? A couple of weeks is such a small amount of time out of the rest of your life :)

Keep going Dee. You've already lost 11lbs, don't let that effort go to waste. I'm sure you'll see the numbers drop if you stay with it. It's probably taken you a lifetime to build up to your present weight. One week of sts is merely a molehill, not a mountain.

Staying the same is better than a gain but I know it just doesn't make you feel as great. You've done well so far though so keep going. I don't know much about celebrity slim yet but I do know that when I did slimming World we were told to make sure we had our sins and ate well else it could affect losses, so maybe you should try squeezing your snacks in this week if you can.
