Weigh or not to weigh???

I'm a bit naughty and weigh myself every couple of days. I find weighing myself helps to keep me motivated.
It's probably best advised to wait until you see your cdc and then you get a lovely surprise.

I don't have any scales at home so have to wait until i see my CDC.

I can weigh myself on my Wii Fit but its not accurate!

I prefer to wait.
