Weighing after exercise

I guys I had a really good weigh in this week, I walked 5 miles after weigh in, I was naughty and weighed myself the next day and it said that I had put on 3 lbs would this be the water surrounding the joints and muscles and so on or is it something else?

Yeah...

Only weigh yourself first thing in the morning after a pee.

After exercise is an awful time to weigh yourself, your body just needs a little while to adjust & relax. :)
 
i only take note of the time i usually weigh... i weighed all week several times a day before an its quite amazing how your weight drops an gains through the day. i remember the same day id gained 3lb since the morning, guess its your body going through the 'levels' or something for weightloss... i do know though weighing after exercise is awful. always few lb more than you are are your muscles are pumped etc
 
I didn't weigh straight after. I weighed myself the next morning :) sorry for the confusion
