Weighing yourself at home...

Ok...I'm very very tempted to throw my scales away.....I will miss them dearly but they're only cheapy ones so I can buy new ones if I ever stop going to SW but they do weigh me half a stone lighter than SW scales which I love.....
 
I threw mine out in January cos I was weighing myself everyday. Now I just weigh in at class every Monday night. Although I don't each much during the day and I always wear the same clothes so I get an accurate result. I also try to look at my weightloss over a 4 week period because I know our bodies can retain water at certain times etc. So far I have lost 5lbs in 3 weeks, so it makes my 1lb gain this week look good :rolleyes:

i have been doing it every day this week, naughty naughty naughty!!

its because ive hjust been on holiday. also if i have a bad night or go out for a meal or whatever i weigh the next few days it usually foes up 2 lbs then the next few days it levels out.
 
I weigh myself every time I go in the bathroom hahaha, just a bad habbit that I can't get rid of, if I go to someone else house and they have scales in their bathroom, if I go the toilet then I weigh myself on their scales haha I'm a bad weirdo
 
Gah, just been on my scales and it's saying i haven't lost at all this week, i'm bloody hoping it'll be different tomorrow night at WI!!! xxx
 
I weighed this morning and it said I haven't lost as well. But then it's only Wednesday and I weigh on Saturdays usually!! lol! Another good reason not to weigh except on WI day. Mind you at least it's not a gain which is good, after my mini binge on Saturday night and Monday.

When I did my wi on Monday I had lost 3.5 then I weighed myself yesterday and put on nearly 2 haha but today I am less so... even though I scale jump once a day.... that once a week is what I stick to....
