hi first weigh in today started 20th october last tuesday 15stone 3lbs today 14stone 8lbs , yipppeeeeee lost 9lbs, so motivated, all the years ive dieted that ill tell you i couldnt stick too have never lost weight like this , it is hard but im determind this time as i want it so much,also paying for it what we do is an incentive enough not to cheat, mariex

thanks blackrose, i decided today id try the coconut flapjacks , so driving back from weigh in i thought i would try one , nearly crashed lol. wont be having anymore of them i thought ooh something chewy, thats an understatement lol, to think id want to subsidise a shake for that , no way has anyone tryed them and what s your view , mariex
