Hey Ladies,

I went and joined tonight, got my points calculator and I am raring to go and get the rest of the weight off!!! Ive adjusted my tracker to symbolise the weight gain since leaving CD!!!

So I am going to start a daily diary and will log on every night to tell u how I have done!!

Thanks Ladies.

I am all planned for tomoz and then H2B is back to work for a week and so can go shopping and just buy food for me!!
 
Well ladies:
Day 1:

Breakfast: Fruit and Fibre with Skimmed milk - 3.5

Lunch: M&S Salad - 5.5, Skips - 1.5 ww yougurt - 1

Dinner: Home made Beef Stew with mash - 6

Snack: Crustless bread - 0.5 philli extra light - 0.5

May have more later on but wil add. Today has been fine really not a struggle at al!!!
 
Well day 2:
So far so good.
Breakfast: 2 pieces crustless bread - 1, Light Marg - 0.5

Snack: Apple - 0.5

Lunch: 2 sandwiches with extra light philli and turkey ham - 4, Frazzles - 1, Yougurt - 1

Snack: Milkybar small - 1, melba and pate - 2.

Dinner: Not sure ready meal of some sort so prob 5 but will update.

Dinner: WW Lasagne - 5, Healhy living Chips - 2.5, Healthy living choc pud - 3.5, Low fat custard - 1.5.

Went over 1.5 today but had 1.5 left from yesterday so im still even and absolultly stuffed!!!!!

Well another good day today

Breakfast: pear - 1

Lunch: Philli sandwich x2 - 4, Apple - 1/2, yougurt - 1/2, Crisps - 1

Snack: Pear - 1, Apple - 1/2, Salmon - 4, Fruit Pastilles - 2

Dinner - Seafood Pie - 3.5

So 19.5 today!!! Im happy and ate tons!!!!!!

Well today has been another good day!! so far!! Ive talked myself out of cheating and having mcdonalds!!!

So far
Breakfast; Special K - 1.5

Snack; Pear - 1

Lunch; Sandwich - 4, Yougurt - 0.5, Pink n White - 0.5.

Snack; Apple- 0.5, Crisps - 1, Pate and melba toast - 2.

Dinner; Chicken - 1.5, vegetable stir fry - 0, Stir Fry sauce - 1.5

Desert; ww sponge and custard - 4.

Means total 19 today!!!

However I may end up picking at something else before dinner time!!!!
