Most people have a good loss on their first week of about 4 - 7lbs and after that it will most likely average out at 2-3lb a week which is a good steady loss. As long as you stick to the plan you'll see those scales going in the right direction in a very steady fashion.

I haven't stuck to it 100% and have lost 6lbs in 2 weeks. The convenience is the best thing for me. I freak out at having to think and plan ahead. This takes away most of the choice for me so I don't have to work anything out!
