Weight Loss Lock

    Hey Guys!

    Having a bit of an issue with me weight loss.
    I can get down to 203-204 then it seems to lock and stay around that area.

    I really don't know what to do, I'm not eatting any junky stuff and not really doing anything different.

    Any idea whats going on it seems to stick at 203 then go back up :'(

    I had that issue too but you gots to stick with it :p
    Funnily enough - to kick start further weight loss when I got stuck I had a 'bad' day lol
    Ate some things I shouldnt have - but I stayed the same when I weighed myself the next day and then the next week I had started losing again.

    Weird eh? :-D X

    Healthy eating but thinking about Exante
    I read somewhere that your metabolism gets used to the amount of calories, so you need to change it up every so often. They actually recommended having a mini day off once a week (not blowing it completely tho) so the body is tricked.

    I guess thats why the red / green days works well for SW as the body doesnt get a chance to get stuck.
