Weight Loss on 1000 / 1200

Hi - having read the post on weight losses on 790, just wondering what the average weight loss is on the 1000 and 1200 plans? Many thx

I lost 3lbs last week and 2lbs the week before, my CDC is also on 1000 and said she looses 1-2lbs per week. So I would say 2lbs is about right.

Wow thats a good loss to lose on that many calories (though its not really high at all). Great question, I've been wondering the same although I've a way to go
