    No ss is a few more pounds off each month , on average i would say 2-4lbs difference than 790 per month approx

    So how much can I expect to lose each month on ss. This month has been fab but presumably next month will be much slower/

    approx ss is a stone a month but everyone is lightly different , also if you have more weight to lose then it can be higher in first few months.

    I have lost more weight and more consistently on 790 than I did the first 8 weeks of SSing!!

    In fact, in the last four weeks I lost 14lbs!!

    SS = 450 cals a day x 7 = 3150. average womens calories a day needed 2000 cal x 7 = 14000 per week
    difference is 10850. Roughly 3500 calories less means a pound weight loss so on average 3.1 lb per week approx

    90 cals a day x 7 = 5530 average womens claories needed 2000 x 7 = 14000 calories needed per week.
    Difference is 8470 cal, roughly 3500 calories less than needed is one pound weight loss so 2.4 lb a week approx

    Obviously it all varies on how much you have to lose and different people need different amounts of calories ect but this is an average. You are always going to have people that lose more or less than this but like i said we all have different requirements eg calories , exercise , age ,weight so no two people are exactly the same
