weight loss on feet???

Really weird question i know, but I was just wondering for all those people who have lost weight..did you lose it on your feet as well??

Yes! I used to be a size 8 but I'm
Now a seven, that's after losing alot and the width of them has gone down too x

yay!! i hope i do too..not fussed about the size as much but theyr soooo wide, they spill out the sides of shoes and i cant get into so many nice shoes thanks for that!!

I lost over 7 stones and went from a shoe size 8 to a 6-6.5

when l lost a lot of weight before l went from a 5 to a 4

Me too.. a lot of width is gone and all my shoes that had gotten tight feet really comfortable (and some a bit big now).

One girl before xmas posted that she nearly lost her shoes running across the road or something; she had lost that much off her feet! In fact for weeks that was the only place she noticed it!

I've always had bony feet, they're even bonier now (bony hands too now lol)
