Hey hunni - my sil and mil are doing the maintanence and lose anything from 1 -2 pound a week. They have a shake for brekkie and 2 low fat meals. They also have a few low fat snacks such as rice cakes.
They keep their portion size down too.
To be honest I think its a good idea for anybody who cannot fully commit to the full plan. You still lose weight and get to practice good eating habits.
