Hi Sara I think you are correct as 6 weeks ago doing exactly the same as I am doing now would have shifted more weight. Thanks! I'm gonna look into this some more.

I am going to do this next week too and am considering fasting one other day per week. And the exercise - less and more often. My lower back has been complaining about that.

You'll be fine Alison, as you say back on it! Normally weight gained quickly will come off quickly too xx
