Weight loss ticker

Ladies..... at the brink of my initial CD weigh-in I have accessed a 'ticker' like many of you have (aren't they fab!!). I see there is a code (font etc) provided, how do I get this onto my MiniMins profile?

Also has anyone got one on their Facebook page?
