    Hey
    I've been on weight watchers just over a week now, the first week I lost 7lb but got on the scales this morn to c if I've lost any this week but I've stayed the same. It is only half way through the week though, I normally weigh every monday. Is it normal not 2 loose any? I've been so good and counting my points, I don't want to be too disheartend lol

    Hi Sinead, welcome to the forum! What I also know as the nut house, but we're all lovely and friendly really :)

    Well done on the 7 :) that's fab :) don't worry about the apparent STS, if you've weighed urself mid week then it doesnt necessarily mean you're not losing, ur weight fluctuates day to day, and also different times of the day you could be heavier or lighter... I only weigh myself once a week at class, and it's not done too badly for me, lost 13.5 in 7 wks :)
