Hey can anybody tell me what the average weight loss is on slim fast ie first week and then on a regular basis. Am thinking about a change

My first week was last week lost 4lb xx

I lost 4lbs my first week, but it slowed after this and I now average 1 -1.5lbs a week which is good for me and a healthy loss.
