Has anyone got any extra tips for losing the weight because it seems that i follow the plan all week and i still put on weight this weeks and my friend had alsorts of goodies that are not allowed and still lost 3lb, why is it fair that i am struggling and some people can still lose it. :sigh::cry:

Hi,

Without seeing an example of a day's food diary it is hard to tell where your possibly going wrong. Post one up and someone will be able to comment better.

Dont be disheartened though, some folk do have a slow start!!

You need lots of speed foods and lots of water that will defo boost your weight loss , put up some food diary it could be something your eating that you shouldn't good luck x
