weight v's inches!!!

    hi all, ive been dieting for ages now and the first few weeks on cd my weight went down and so did the inches, but since comin onto ww my weight is still going down but the inches are not going anynwhere, athough all of my clothes are falling off of me? im so confused, ive been going gym and doing excersis vids but nothing is getting these inches off, any one else had the same problem, i would love to know x thanks

    Not being a great exerciser or having done a VLCD Im not sure why the inches arent moving. Lighterlife might be better on this one than me, shes done VLCD and goes to the gym a lot.

    Actually im the same as you

    I have been on WW for what seems like forever - actually about 19 months but had a mini break in the middle but even when i got down to 10.13 i hadnt lost masses of inches

    Im now back at the gym and doing WW but i dont notice inch loss as much as weight loss :confused:

    I dont know where Steph has got to - she hasnt been around for days :( Im sure when shes back she'll be able to offer the best advice :)
