    Hi all i'm very new to this posting crack. I'm doing WW at home and i'm finding it so difficult to get motivated and stop eating!!:p Just wondering if anyone feels the same or has any tips i could use to keep me on track??

    Hi sami :) Im also doing ww, which plan are you doing? im doing discover as already have all the old books etc. I do sometimes find it hard of an evening as im sat watching tv and always fancy some chocolate haha but i find a glass of water usually does the trick, or i have a diet coke! (my fave!)

    Do you have any pets? I find walking the dog at night helps keep my mind off food, or i do a workout dvd :)
