Im also doing ww, which plan are you doing? im doing discover as already have all the old books etc. I do sometimes find it hard of an evening as im sat watching tv and always fancy some chocolate haha but i find a glass of water usually does the trick, or i have a diet coke! (my fave!)
Do you have any pets? I find walking the dog at night helps keep my mind off food, or i do a workout dvd
