weight watchers danish malted bread

As long as it comes from a 400g loaf (small one) you can have 3 slices

I thought it was only the WW Danish brown you could have 3 slices off. 2 slices of any other WW 400g loaves.

Sorry this is not on the HEB list so I don't think you can use it as one at all. If you look at it more closely it is actually white bread with malted flakes, and not wholemeal

Confused now, so WW malted danish is not hexb?

I have just checked the new 2010 food optimising book we recieved in our packs and the ones you can have as HEB from weight watchers are -

3 slices Weight watchers brown danish 400g loaf

2 slices Weight watchers wholemeal 400g thick slice loaf.

Hope this helps.

You could have 2 slices of Hovis nimble white bread or Hovis malted wholegrain if you prefer white bread

Our local supermarkets don't sell the ww brown danish so I sometimes have 3 malted danish as a hex b instead when I can't get further afield for the proper one. I know it's not strictly correct but I don't think it will do any harm now and then.

Arr flip, I was having 3 as a HEXB. Thank goodness I havent had any this week. I shall stick to nimble wholemeal.
