im new to weight watchers, just wondering if you class fruit and veg as points?? as i know on SW it was free. Also has anyone tried the new snack pots for lucnch? just had the spicy meatball it was delish
try no too eat to much fruit tho. we had this discussion today at our meeting and because of the natural sugar in fruit, its cause a couple of the newbies to actually put on as they thought fruit was free. i have a banana with breakfast, and apple for luch and mayb 2 small plums for snack. i have never gained ;-)
