Need some help with this one..not sure if you can do the 20 calories to 1 syn thing here..?

179 cal
4.7g protein
33.7g carbohydrate
21.7g of which sugars
2.9g fat
1.2g of which saturates
1.5g fibre
0.1g sodium
0.3g salt equivalent

I'm on extra easy

It will be all synned so yes in theory 20 cals per syn would be fairly accurate x

yep it is completely accurate for any food without a free food allowance, as is the same way the syns calculator or snackulator calculates when no free food applies. So handy to know
