What a fab idea for a thread!

I work at iceland and we have a very large weight watchers range at the moment everything is £1! So this is a brillant thread for me to pop in and out of to check syn values!

It's really good in Iceland at the moment. I have just been and the ready meals are all a pound! Please could anyone tell me how many syns the weight watchers chicken jalfrezi has? Thank you!

I had this for dinner last night and was pleasantly surprised. Quite filling really (you could bulk it up with more veg).
