Hi could anyone tell me the syn values of the weight watcher roasted nut bars (1.5ww points) and the BBQ savoury snacks (1ww point)?
I much prefer SW but there isnt a group near me now i have moved and I cant join online as I have to go to a group to get weighed or I am not motivated! So WW it is for the weighing :sigh: but I cant get on with their points and i am SOOO hungry! SW keeps me fuller and easier for me to follow

Don't know how many syns but when I came to make them was a bit freaked out at having to use marg so just beat a couple of eggs in and made cakes instead. Quite nice for a little sweet treat.
