Weight Watchers syns

i don't know if weight watchers wine works on the same principles, sounds like the slimming world quiche should be syn free, it should say??? normal dry white wine large is 6 syns
 
WW Wine is awful, youre better having 'real' wine ;)

Thanks.. I happened to come across the same question earlier today on a FB SW group and apparently it's 4. syns for the whole sachet.

It's actually quite nice (given that it's custard made with water, which usually is a but eeurgh). A nice tasty addition to some sugar free jelly ;)

i can't find the sherbet lemons or butterscotch drops, but the fruities are 2 syns per 27g tube or the strawberry ones 2 syns per 31.5g box. xx

hi, i found the double chocolate chip & orange mini cookies in tesco yesterday and they work out as 5 syns a bag , so i would assume the just chocolate ones would be about the same :)
