Hi, I have been to Frankie and Bennys today, and had the mushrooms in cheese sauce with garlic ciabatta (naughty I know!) . I have found out it is 16 points for weight watchers, but I need to know the syns as I do slimming world! Can anyone help me? I also had the warm chicken salad which also comes with garlic ciabatta, if anyone knows the syns for that I would be grateful!!
