Weightwatchers jar of cook in chilli sauce

Hi,

I am making chilli and have used a jar of the WW cook-in type chilli sauce (delicious but needs a bit of chilli powder / tomatoes / onions / garlic etc adding to it!) - can anyone tell me the syn value please? I eat it on red days and allow 1/2 a b selection for a quarter tin of kidney beans (plus 1lb lean steak mince - serves 4)
