Hello everyone, I need advice !!! I have been on EE slimming works for 4 weeks now, and I mean bang on it, I understand the diet completely and absolutely no cheats, I lost a couple of lb first week then nothing,

I a m thinking maybe it's not for me ? I have got the weight watchers slide and books ( I joined to encourage a mate but didnt do the diet) but wonder how things have changed in the last year or can I just carry on with the slide ?
 
I was doing red/green days first and lost 4lbs in one week. Went onto EE after a friend told me about it for two weeks and lost 1lb then 0lb. Back on red/green days lost another 4lb so EE didnt work for me either yet it works for my mum! x
 
Might have a go at red and green, I was really tearful today, seemed like the last few weeks I've given up going out and having fun for nothing. I wanted to lose 2 stone by may/ June, looks like its not going to happen now.:cry:
