Weight

i dont have PCOS myself, but i know a few people that do and fromwhat i understand weightgain can be a side effect of the condidtion as well as it being harder to loose it, BUT even though it may come off a little slower it will still come off if u watch what u eat xXx

I have PCOS (as well & two other things) & yes I've always found it very hard to lose weight. I love SW but it doesn't work for me like it doesn the average person. I'd stick to plan week after week (month after month!) & not lose a thing, which was gutting as I love SW! I've done a lot of research recently & spoken to a lot who have PCOS & a lot comes down to watching your carb intake. Someone suggested trying to combine the priciples of low-GL with SW, but that all went over my head! I just do SW but watch certain areas & fill up on tons of Superfree as you should.

yeh my SIL has a massive carb intake! (simple carbs too) and finds she massively craves them! (also has PCOS) could you not follow red days? then the carb intake is limited and weighed? x
 
Hi I've got pcos and follow extra easy it works for me my losses are probably slightly slower than other peoples but I think it's easier to stick too in the long run rather than red and green for me
