I have PCOS (as well & two other things) & yes I've always found it very hard to lose weight. I love SW but it doesn't work for me like it doesn the average person. I'd stick to plan week after week (month after month!) & not lose a thing, which was gutting as I love SW! I've done a lot of research recently & spoken to a lot who have PCOS & a lot comes down to watching your carb intake. Someone suggested trying to combine the priciples of low-GL with SW, but that all went over my head! I just do SW but watch certain areas & fill up on tons of Superfree as you should.
