Both diets give a general average of around a stone a month.

Exante differs in that it is more flexible than Lipotrim...Lipotrim just has total food replacement, whereas with Exante you can do total food replacement but if that is too tough or not suitable you have a choice of a couple of different plans which includes food along with the food packs.
