You're likely to be out of ketosis but make sure you stop at one 'off plan' meal, get back on the wagon and you'll be in it again soon and should only have slowed your loss a bit.

i know its so hard
and i keep feeling i have ruined everything and feel failure coming my way
been so good for 3 weeks done want to fail now wnat to stick to it till easter and ahve treat at easter boy its hard
need to stock up on my meat and veg and be fine then

A slip up might mess up your loss for a week, but the only way to 'ruin everything' is to give up completely. Try not to think that you've ruined things, you haven't, just think that you'll be perfectly on plan from now on to make up for it.

Don't worry, I did the same last night. I had some LC pasta, but the wheat & gluten blew me up & triggered my IBS :( I feel huge today.

thank you guys bak on track again need get drinking water as feel totally bloated

had burgers with cabbage and mushrooms and cheese yest, what a mixture but omg it was so tasty i do love this diet
