Hi all i was bad today had a little look at my weight today before tomorrow says i lost 7 and a half pounds was not expecting it at all,as came on as well cant wait for tomorrow yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

thats a brilliant effort, well done you! Do your scales differ at all compared to those at SW, I've found there can be a slight difference which has left me disappointed before because at home my scales have said I've made a loss but at SW it's different! Anyone else found that?
