Well I just wasted my money

I think all the girls above have given you all the tips i could think of, as you've paid up i would experiment as minib said with more / less water also ice etc...i had a real gripe in my week two convinced myself that i didnt like them much, i missed food etc etc gave my self all the excuses possible but i'm SO GLAD the girls on here spurred me on to give it more time as i'm now 39lb lighter and feeling so much happier!!! good luck hunny hope you find some way of getting through xx
