Right,i have had many cdc and other members post on my threads.
I hope spoken to a cdc tonight and i should not be having 3 shakes only i need to be having 3 shakes and an evening meal.
So i have thought about this,what is the point me spending £40 a week on shakes and having an evening meal,i might as well eat what i like on ww within my points,do you all agree?

if you have dc left over have it in the morning and lunch you can have normal ww food , how many points is cd is it 2 points a pack ?

Hiya Gemma

You should choose whatever is best for you. Not sure what you are on but if you say 810 on Cambridge then you can have a little evening meal and the packs and you will reduce your weight very quickly (much quicker than a SW/WW diet at around 1500 calories) but if you want to move onto one of those diets then do that, ultimately you need to choose though and whichever one you know you will stick to is the one to shoot at.
