WEMITTer's get to goal in 2017

I had a sneaky early weigh in. 2 lbs down, bringing me to an even 9 stone lost! I find it hard to get my head around it being that much, even though I very vividly remember what it was like to be that heavy.

Omg, back again after a spectacular fall off the wagon.
Weight just over 3 lbs off my heaviest ever (and that's after 1 week of being good)
Have made some big life changes now so should be better able to record slow and steady losses.
Starting again as I do not want to record pluses as that will completely dishearten me.
Will start from my latest start date and go from there.
Fridays are my weigh in day.
Some good losses on here so hopefully I will be inspired by you all and stick with it this time.

Well I am down 1.4lb. I am ok with that. It will keep me going.
At least you are staying the same grumpy. I am happy with that. It's the gain that kills me and knocks me off track, even if it is only 0.1lb.
