Hi folks, another 5.5 lbs lost since the last time I was here and just made it under 13st so good to be in another stone bracket 
Dolly, no need to be sneaking in, if I had a monetary pound for every pound I have gained and lost over my life so far I might not be a millionaire but I would definitely have enough for a nice posh car haha. The important thing is you are still trying like the rest of us. Will keep my fingers crossed for you and Pratainua xx

Well said, Vintage Girl and pratainua. Dolly, I wish MFP would let me see my weight graph from the time that I joined, so I could show you how many ups and downs there were! And plateaus. Oh so many months-long plateaus. I don't think anyone's weight loss chart looks like a constantly declining line. It's always up and down and occasionally flatlined.
I'm down 1lb this week, which puts me at 12 stone even, and 1 stone left until I am in the "normal" weight bracket. I still cannot quite believe I'm that close. Here's hoping I don't do what I do best and psych myself out and put half a stone back on. I always seem to have a wobble right when I'm doing really well. I am an expert at self-sabotage.

I have put on 0.6 lb since last week so I am going to have to look at doing things differently. I could have done better this week.
I am aiming to have lost my first 14lb by the end of August. I struggle with the school holidays because there is less structure to the day.
But I will get there.
I have changed my goals at the end of my signature because it is not nice looking at missed goals.

I had my weigh in yesterday but forgot to post. I was down 2.6lb. The biggest loss I have ever had. I am delighted as next week I will have no opportunity to go for a walk and food choices will be out of my hands. I am glad to have a loss going into the week.

Well I haven't been here for a while. Too busy putting weight on.
On the positive side I have continued to weigh in every week, so I have not totally given up. And I will be back on track from September.
Anyway here's my update. 40lb target for the year is not likely now, but I will see how close I can get.

I adore all the American flavours of M&Ms. We are so limited here. (Although that is probably a very good thing in my case!)

Hi,
I had a not-great few months, completely didn't think about my weight but am now back and have started losing weight again. After gaining weight (I did get up to 149.5kg, but at my start point this time I was 148.5), I am now heading back in the right direction. I weighed myself today and am 146kg. I know I'm not going to make my 34kg loss target this year, but I'm going to leave my target as it is. I'm sort of hoping Easter time next year will be when I hit this target.

Well done to all you losers and we can do it to all those attempted losers!
I am back up a bit, lost 14lbs in total now so 70lbs to go for me.
Had my anniversary weekend away and tbh my weight just made me feel awful.
We had a hotel with a hot tub and it was all lovely but when you feel low about how you look there's not really anything anyone can say or do to make you feel better.
I need to grasp the fact that the temporary enjoyment I get from eating or drinking bad really isn't worth it.
