Very happy with result this morning with 6lbs off, taking me to 10 1/2 lbs off so far this Jan and earned me my 12 stone award in total :)Hope everyone else is well and had a lovely weekend xx Good luck with the weigh-ins everyone x

So I weighed again this morning, with an empty bladder and after only one coffee (as opposed to at the end of my work day 2 days ago when I needed a wee and had already had my lunch), and I lost another 1kg - I think it is the fact that I didn't eat very much at all yesterday (I felt so ill most of the day, then really fancied a takeaway at night, I managed to resist though knowing I would regret it).

2 lb gain for me this week. Going to leave it and update my info next week if it's the same, as I suspect it's just bloating from a night of stress eating. Congrats on the losses, everyone! x
 
Another pound off for me. Had a goodish week so expected better.
Weekend was bad, but I think I limited myself a lot more than I might have done previously.

Today have breakfast, lunch & snacks in work so I am not tempted to buy anything in.

Dinner when I get home will be some soup then hoping for a loss on the scales tomorrow. Wanted to see a 14 on the scales for the start of February so keep everything crossed for me :D

Hello all, does anyone mind if I join? I'm currently 6lbs down this year (11lb in total) 35lbs left to lose.

Feeling determind and I WILL hit goal this year. I'm turning 30 and just want to feel happy in my own skin!
